Free workshop for parents: Young people and decision making: The Mental Capacity Act 2005

Who: For parents of young people aged 16-25 who have significant learning difficulties and who are attending an educational placement.  Also suitable for parents of young people aged 14 years+ who are planning for their young people when they reach their 16th birthday.

Booking is now open for a free workshop for parents facilitated by National Sensory Impairment Partnership (NatSIP) and hosted by Wandsworth Sensory Support Service and Linden Lodge School.

Our trainer is Jane Sinson, an HCPC registered educational psychologist, the author of ‘Applying the Mental Capacity Act 2005 in Education: A Practical Guide for Education Professionals’, published by Jessica Kingsley in 2016.

We look forward to welcoming as many families as possible at the training on 9 March 2019.
