The end of 2018 is fast approaching, and it has been a very successful year for the London Vision Working Age Forum. We’ve had the pleasure of hosting numerous events throughout the year covering various topics, with new faces joining us each month and the network continuing to grow.
We’d now like to hear from you!
This December will be our 2nd ‘WAF Celebrates’ event, where our members can take the stage at our open mic forum and tell us a little bit about something you’ve achieved this year that you are proud of. This could be something in your work life such as securing employment or getting promoted, something from your family life, or maybe a personal triumph like improving your mobility skills or developing your health and wellbeing.
If public speaking isn’t for you then no pressure, why not still come along and listen to the inspiring stories if your peers, then enjoy the networking opportunity after the open mic session and help continue the celebrations.
We can offer assistance from Euston station to those who request it in advance. To RSVP please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please ensure you let us know if you are coming no later than Friday 30th November, this allows us to ensure we have enough support and catering for the event.
If you have any issues on the evening please contact our Networks Manager, Alex Pepper on: 07970 725 620
