About you

You will have experience of leading a team and supporting personal development, and will use your communication skills to act as an effective and enthusiastic ambassador for the organisation both internally and externally. You will be passionate about ensuring our person centred values are at the heart of what you do, setting and achieving high standards for your team and volunteers.

You will thrive in a role which requires a balance of responsive and operational planning, confident and dynamic operational management, and ample opportunity to be actively
involved in the day to day delivery of our services. You will also recognise the value of service user inclusion and volunteering.
