Location: National role, location specification to be discussed at interview.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working pattern: 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Telephone Interview: Week commencing May 20th.
Assessment date: Week commencing May 27th.
Salary: Up to: £70,000 per annum.

The Head of Technology User Experience and Planning serves as the strategic interface to the organisation for all end user software (Microsoft, Citrix, Salesforce etc.) and equipment (laptops, desktops, tablets, phones and smartphones). They will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of a rolling technology roadmap which forms the basis of the IS upgrade path and dependency planning. They will represent the voice of the customer and act as the product owner for all end user tools.

Role Purpose:

Their main focus is to lead and manage a team of Business Partners to innovate and drive, value based, strategic change as well as challenging groups on the innovative use of technology to aid efficiency and effectiveness. They will focus on internal user experience, education, communication on Digital Transformation, IT applications and office products, polices and other technology as required.
