Henshaws Community Services enable people of all ages living with sight loss and a range of other disabilities to make informed choices about their future. We are here throughout their journey offering expert support, guidance and skills, helping people to fulfil their potential. Independence and friendship are at the heart of what we do to help people find the confidence to go beyond their expectations.
We have received funding from the Big Lottery Fund to deliver Henshaws Pathway to Wellbeing project. This post will be part funded by this grant, ensuring that project outcomes and objectives are achieved.
Henshaws is recruiting an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and committed Community Enablement & Rehabilitation Team Leader to develop, co-ordinate and deliver an agreed community services initiative and to be the development lead and advisor for our Enablement and Rehabiliation services across community services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of team leadership and managing individuals including volunteers, the ability to manage multiple programmes and achieve successful outcomes and an ability to present information to a diverse range of audiences.
