As part of National Eye Health Week 2019 Friday 27th September is the day of ‘The Big Blink’
We pledge to look up from our screens at 11am on Fr-eye-day 27 September and focus on something 20 feet away for 20 seconds and then repeat every 20 minutes to prevent symptoms of screen fatigue.
