Birmingham, Black Country, Merseyside and Bristol Sight Loss Councils are seeking the views of blind and partially sighted people in their areas to identify and address the issues that really matter for their communities.

The consultation will enable the Sight Loss Councils to prioritise activity and ensure all resources are dedicated to projects that will truly make a difference to the communities.

The survey focuses primarily on six previously identified priority areas, which are:

• Education
• Employment
• Health and Social Care
• Sport and Leisure
• Technology
• Transport
