Delegates at this seminar will discuss the further steps that can be taken to help more disabled people find or stay in employment.
The seminar comes as Government considers the future of the Access to Work Programme, designed to pay for practical support to help disabled people and those with a health or condition start working, stay in work, move into self-employment or start a business. Further planned sessions will include discussion on tackling disability discrimination in the workplace, designing inclusive offices and supporting employees with mental health conditions
